Abstract
Rates of sea-level rise are increasing, and flooding of U.S. coastlines is occurring more frequently. The primary goal of this project is to investigate how three different processes, the discharge of water from rivers into the coastal ocean, the exchange of waters across the shelf break, and the warming of waters on the shelf affect coastal sea-level trends.
