Who we are

This site is operated by Delvir Limited Liability Co., a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Delvir is responsible for your information: it is the controller of the personal information described here. Reach us at team@grantclerk.com.

What we collect

If you submit your email address to join a waitlist or buy a plan, we store that email address, the offer you signed up for, and, if you buy, payment details processed and stored by Stripe (we never see or store your card number). For a product open today, buying directly from the pricing page works the same way except that Stripe itself collects your email during checkout, on Stripe’s own page — we never see it typed, and we receive it back only once payment succeeds, the same as any other Stripe purchase. If you sign in to a product, we also store your account: your email address, what you entered or claimed on the product screens (for example a registration number you look up), your email settings, and the emails we sent you. We do not collect any other personal information, and we do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics cookies of any kind.

Where it is stored

Signup and account records are stored in a managed database in the United States, accessible only to Delvir Limited Liability Co. We use these processors, each in the United States: a payment processor, which handles your payment details under its own privacy policy; an email service, which sends our confirmations, receipts and notices; a database host, which stores signup and account records; and a hosting provider, which runs the site and counts page visits in aggregate with a cookieless tool. Their names are available on request at team@grantclerk.com. If you use this site from outside the United States, your information is processed in the United States.

If a member adds another address to receive their alerts, we send that address one confirmation email and nothing else until its owner confirms. An address that is not confirmed within 7 days expires and gets nothing.

We also use your network address for a short time to limit repeated requests to our forms; those counters are deleted after 2 hours. Some forms also run a bot check from our hosting provider.

What our hosting provider records

This site runs on commercial hosting infrastructure in the United States. Our hosting provider logs every request: the requesting network address, the time, the page requested, and the browser user-agent string, for security and reliability. Those logs are the provider’s, kept for a short period under its own policy, and we do not use them to identify anyone or to build a profile of you. We say so because it is true of every hosted site, including this one, and a privacy policy that implied otherwise would be wrong.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets only the cookies it needs to work, and none of them track you: a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in, a short-lived cookie that remembers where to send you after you sign in, and a short-lived cookie that carries a record you opened from one of our emails into the sign-in form. Browsing the public pages sets no cookie. It uses a cookieless, aggregate page-analytics tool that counts page views and referrers in aggregate; it does not use cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not track you individually across pages or across other sites. There is no advertising pixel, no social pixel, and no other third-party tracking script on it.

How long we keep it

A waitlist record is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. A pre-order record — the email address, the offer, the amount and the payment reference — is kept for as long as the pre-order or the place it bought is active, and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep records of a sale and of any refund we issued under tax and consumer-protection law. Anything we keep for that reason is kept for that reason alone and is never used to market to you.

If you have a GrantClerk account and ask us to delete it, you are signed out immediately, any subscription is canceled at the end of the period you already paid for, and your own account data — everything you entered or claimed, on every product screen — is permanently deleted within 30 days. Billing and legal records we are required to keep under the same tax and consumer-protection law named above are kept regardless, exactly as described in the paragraph above, and never restored to product use.

How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit. Database access is parameterised, secrets are held server-side only, requests are rate limited, and the site ships the standard set of security headers. Access to signup and pre-order records is limited to what is needed to run the service. No system is perfectly secure, and we make no certification claim about our security programme. If we learn of a security incident that affects your personal information, we will tell you without undue delay, and the regulators where we must.

Legal requests, and when we would disclose

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not hand it to anyone outside the processors named above. We will disclose information where valid legal process requires it — a subpoena, a court order, or another lawful demand — where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is needed to prevent imminent physical harm. Before we comply, we tell you first where the law allows, so that you can object. If Delvir or this product is sold or merged, your information may transfer with the business, and the successor stays bound by this policy or gives you notice before changing it.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or share your personal information. (CCPA: we have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding 12 months, and we do not intend to.)
  • We do not use your email for anything other than the offer you signed up for and the transactional emails that flow directly from it (confirmation, notify-when-live, refund notices).
  • This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them (COPPA). Any account we learn belongs to a child will be deleted.

EU/UK visitors (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, the legal basis for processing your email is your consent, given when you submitted the signup form. You may withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing team@grantclerk.com, and we will delete your record.

Your choices

Every marketing or notification email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. You may also emailteam@grantclerk.com at any time to see, correct, download or delete the personal information we hold about you; we answer within 45 days and will not treat you differently for asking.
