Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-09-23. Last updated: 2026-10-05.
GrantClerk is operated by Delvir Limited Liability Co., a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 (“Delvir,” “we,” “us”). These terms are the agreement between Delvir and the person or company using this site (“you”). By joining a waitlist, placing a pre-order, or otherwise using this site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Who may use this site
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you accept these terms for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it. This site is offered in the United States, to businesses; we make no claim that it is appropriate or available anywhere else, and if you use it from elsewhere you are responsible for your own local law. You sign in with Google Sign-In or a one-time emailed link (“magic link”) — we do not create or store a password for your account, so there is no password of yours for us to lose. A typo in your email, or anyone with access to your inbox, can still act as you: keep that inbox secure. If you delete your account, your own account data is permanently deleted within 30 days, other than billing and legal records we are required to keep, per our Privacy Policy.
Where the information comes from, and what it is not
Anything this site tells you about a company, a filing, an award, a deadline, or a public record comes from public records published by third parties, including government agencies. Those records are amended, corrected, republished and withdrawn without notice to us, and they contain errors of their own. Dates, amounts, statuses and identifiers shown here may lag, may be incomplete, and may be wrong. The official record is always the authority, not this site. Absence of something here is never an all-clear: it does not mean no matching record exists. We do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete or current, and we make no representation that you are eligible for anything. This site is not legal, tax, accounting or contracting advice. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any agency or brand we name. Where a deadline or an obligation matters, verify it against the official source and, where it matters enough, with a qualified adviser.
Acceptable use
You may not scrape this site, resell or redistribute what it shows you, reverse engineer it, use it to build a competing dataset, overload it, attempt to reach parts of it you were not given, or use it in any way that breaks the law or another party’s rights. We may decline a sign-up or withdraw access where we must to comply with the law or where use threatens the service.
Memberships: annual and monthly
GrantClerk is sold as a membership, and a membership renews automatically until you cancel it. The annual membership is $290 for the year. Your card is charged when you join and again on each anniversary of that day, at the same price, until you cancel. We email you before every annual renewal, about thirty days ahead, with the date, the amount and a link to cancel. The monthly membership is $49 a month. Your card is charged when you join and again on the same date each month, at the same price, until you cancel. You can cancel any time: from Manage billing on your account page, or with one email to team@grantclerk.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Nothing further is charged, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Full refund for thirty days after any payment: the first one or any renewal, annual or monthly. To ask, press "Ask for a refund" in your account or on the Refund Policy page, or use the link in any receipt or renewal email. No call, no form, no reason needed. After thirty days, ask anyway. When we refund a payment, we refund it in full and end the period it paid for on the same day, so nothing renews. Sold by Delvir Limited Liability Co.
Product-specific terms
GrantClerk is not affiliated with the National Science Foundation. It is not endorsed by NSF or connected to any government agency. Every date shown depends on your own award notice and its terms.
GrantClerk does not submit anything to NSF. Only you, as principal investigator, or your co-principal investigator, can submit an NSF report. We never ask for your Research.gov sign-in.
We never contact your institution — not your sponsored-programs office, not your department, not your co-PIs, not NSF.
The service
Products offered on this site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delvir Limited Liability Co.'s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this site or any product is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. If you have paid nothing, that amount is zero. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Delvir harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
Time limit to bring a claim
Any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service must be filed within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.
Class action and jury waiver
You may bring claims against us only on an individual basis, as yourself and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative action. No court may consolidate more than one person’s claims without the written consent of both parties. To the fullest extent the law allows, you and Delvir each also waive any right to a jury trial. If this section is held unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim alone is severed and proceeds in court, in the courts named below.
Governing law and venue — no arbitration
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not eligible for small-claims court will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to that venue. Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing a qualifying claim in small-claims court, or deprives you of a mandatory consumer-protection law of the place where you live. Before filing, write to team@grantclerk.com so we can try to settle it; most things are settled by email in a day.
There is no arbitration clause in these terms. You are not giving up your right to go to court. Neither are we. Disputes go to the courts named above.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms from time to time. When we do, we change the effective date at the top of this page. Changes apply going forward only.
General
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms. We may assign them to a successor, including in a merger, financing or sale of the business, and this agreement continues with that successor. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Delvir about this site, and replace any earlier understanding on the same subjects. The product-specific terms above control where they are more specific. The sections on warranties, liability, indemnification, the time limit on claims, waivers, governing law and venue survive the end of this agreement. We send notices to the email address on your account; you can reach us at team@grantclerk.com. Headings are for convenience only, and “including” means “including without limitation.”
